Content License

You keep all ownership of the property photos, floor plans and brand assets (logos, colours) you upload. You grant Curb a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them solely to generate the outputs you request and to run the service.

Uploaded source images are retained only as long as needed to render your outputs and are cleared after 30 days by default. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you receive a licence to use the copy, staged images, enhanced photos, floor-plan graphics and videos Curb generates for you in your own property listings and marketing. You must keep the required “Virtually staged” / “Digitally enhanced” / “Not to scale” labels intact.

You confirm you have the right to upload each asset and that using it with Curb does not infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for the legality of the property content you market.

You may not use outputs in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, resell the raw generation capability as your own service, or use outputs to misrepresent a property.

The Curb name, brand and platform remain our property. This licence does not grant rights to our trademarks or software.
