Getting started
How do I generate my first listing?
Open the Studio, fill the brief (or tap an example), and press Generate. Copy, staging and a shot plan appear on the right.
Do I need to upload photos?
No. You can stage from the built-in sample rooms, or upload your own on a paid plan. Uploads are processed only to generate your outputs.
What is a Listing Pack?
A print-ready bundle of your copy, feature list, staged image and disclaimers, exported from the Studio in one click.
Staging & honesty
Why are images labelled?
Every virtually staged or enhanced image keeps a 'Virtually staged' / 'Digitally enhanced' label so buyers and renters always know what is styling.
Can I remove the label?
No. Removing labels or using enhancement to hide a defect breaks the Acceptable Use Policy and may breach local advertising rules.
Is the floor-plan to scale?
No. Floor-plan graphics are illustrative and marked 'Not to scale'.
Billing & account
How do I cancel?
Manage your subscription from the customer portal. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
What currency is used?
USD, on every plan. The statement descriptor is CURB.
How do I delete my data?
Email support and we will remove your account data. Uploaded source images are cleared after 30 days by default.
